A Tale of A Tub processes personal data for its newsletter, event sign-ups and application procedures (such as open calls or job vacancies). All personal information is therefore offered to us consensually by the sender and not collected automatically. For the newsletter, we only collect the name and email of the person inscribing themselves. We only use this information to send you a digital newsletter from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail newsletter. For event sign-ups, we only collect your name and e-mail so as to assure a spot for you, in the case of limited seating, and to communicate any possible changes to the event. For applications, we collect names, address details, relevant websites and (sometimes) CVs. All of this data is stored securely and we won’t rent, share or trade it with anyone else. We also won’t use it to send you information that you didn’t specifically request.

In the processing of this personal data, we sometimes collaborate with external parties, such as co-funders. However, their participation is always made explicit in any open call prior to the submission of data. We do not use automated decision-making (AI) and will maintain this stance.
